Recently, I have a new hobby, drawing!

Actually, for the half of my life, I believed that I can’t draw any picture.

And it’s true.

When I was a kid, I like drawing. I drew clothes or dresses from my toys (called bongkar pasang in Bahasa Indonesia). And I drew house a lot.

But then I grow up, and I’m kinda lazy to draw again, so I thought that I cannot draw anything, especially draw a person. I thought that to draw something it has to be perfect. The lines, colours, anything.

Then later, I’m trying to draw something, because I felt so inspired after reading 88 Love Life book (I will give a review of this book later). The illustration in that book makes me so excited to draw something.

And I found another inspiration from Instagram, makes me more excited to draw.

From drawing, I learn that it doesn’t have to be perfect to make a good picture. The lines don’t have to be really straight, the colours don’t have to be the same as the real one. Even the weirdest picture can be so beautiful. That’s why I love art. And that’s supposed to be the way we rule the world. By seeing the imperfection is the beautiful thing. To be beautiful, it doesn’t have to be perfect, it only needs passion. Just like picture. With colours, it will become more beautiful.
